We are a family owned and operated, one stop branding shop. What started off as a hobby back in the summer of 2008, has grown leaps and bounds.
To date some of our equipment includes a 4 foot by 8 foot flatbed printer, laminator, direct to garment printer, screen printer and CNC router.
We offer:

Vehicle graphics from simple cut or print to full wraps.
Wide range of custom clothing. We can get you the brands you want, with the latest high definition decorating methods on the market.
Promotional items from branded can cozies to Bluetooth speakers, or anything else you can think of.
We are here to stay! We will continue to invest in training, equipment and our community.

Our Story
The owner, Sara Foley is originally from Bancroft, Ontario, where she bought her first 30" cutter (still running today). Her very first project was vehicle decals and signs for a friend that was running for council in his area.
In 2014 Sara took a big step! She purchased a 54" printer as well as a 54" laminator and all the toys that come with it! Shortly after, she met her now husband Rob Foley. The long time resident of the Smiths Falls and Perth area, convinced Sara to move here, setting up shop in Rob's garage in 2015.
Rob has been a major asset to the growth of the company. When the business was still new to the area Rob was working a full time job as a technician and maintenance planner at Procter and Gamble. He dedicated many hours to help Sara with production and installations.
In 2017 Howling Designs started outgrowing that little garage and Procter and Gamble announced the pending closure of their Brockville plant, prompting Sara and Rob to go all in on the business. Sara and Rob signed a lease to a 2000sqft commercial space on Maple Avenue, spending the next three and a half years growing rapidly both personally and professionally.
Rob attended the 3M Preferred Installer training to increase his knowledge and skills for wrapping. Rob and Sara expanded the apparel side of the business with the purchase of a Brother GTX Direct to Garment Printer which prints high quality full colour images right onto fabric.
In 2021 another move was required, to a larger space. 88 Cornelia Street West, Unit F, Smiths Falls is now the home of Howling Designs. The new shop has 3000sqft and has been filled with more equipment. A flatbed printer, a CNC router and a screen printer have been added to serve clients better.

Meet the Team

Sara Foley
Sara is one of the co-owners of Howling Designs Inc. She is our founder, the one who started Howling Designs in 2008, then incorporated the company in 2023. Sara studied arts in school and is one of the graphic designers, helping to put your idea into a physical form.
Rob Foley
Rob is one of the co-owners of Howling Designs Inc. He handles all of the installs, from graphics on windows and cars including wraps; to signs and billboards. He joined Sara and the company back in 2015, and has played a major role in the company's growth over the years. With a technical background, Rob also looks after electrical backlit signs as well as high definition full colour digital display integration.
Mara Looby
Mara joined the team as a co-op student and has been an incredible team member ever since! Mara is extremely talented and skilled at anything that they set their mind to!
